Google Chrome Will Soon Support MacBook Pro Touch Bar [DETAILS HERE]
Google is planning to improve Chrome by adding new features to support Apple's MacBook Pro Touch Bar. With this, accessing the web via the most popular browser will be a breeze.
Late last year, Apple released its newest MacBook Pro with Touch Bar. The smart Retina display can change its appearance depending on the applications the user is using on screen. At the time Google Chrome is not supporting it so the Touch Bar screen goes blank when using the software but this may change soon.
Express reported that Google is working on a new feature to enable Touch Bar support in the newest MacBook Pro. With this feature on, you will draft a message in Mail and send it to the recipient with a quick tap on the bar will be doable. Instant access to formatting options and switching to Messages and emojis will be one tap away.
At the time, Apple's default browser, Safari includes Touch Bar support. It allows MacBook Pro Touch bar users to have fast access to web search tool and favorites. It also makes switching between open web pages more convenient.
While it is confirmed that Google is working on a new Chrome feature to support the MacBook pro Touch Bar, it is still unconfirmed as to when it will be released. It could be a long or short wait.
Meanwhile, Google has been subject to a number of hacks. A previous report suggests that a "missing font " error will prompt and lure users to download and install malware on their computers. There are also reports about auto filling in invisible forms that enables online culprits to steal valuable information, including credit card details.
To solve this issue, Google is updating its browser. Chrome v56 is equipped with 51 different fixes for safe browsing. It also reduced its validation requests to up to 60 percent. Thus, the new Chrome is safer and more secure per CIO Today.
