Chris Brown, Rihanna Breakup: Split Confirmed By Breezy, Says He 'Can't Focus On' RiRi While She's On Diamonds World Tour [LISTEN]

This is it...again. Chris Brown and Rihanna have broken up. After RiRi wasn't able to join him during his birthday weekend (which he allegedly spent with ex-squeeze Karreuche Tran, Breezy confirmed the split in an interview with Australian radio station 2DayFM.

"I'mma do it solo," Brown said, confirming the rumors that he and Rihanna were through.

It seems that distance did wreak havoc on their relationship, as Mstars recently reported.

"I mean, at the end of the day, shawty doing her own thing, she on the road," Brown said, before adding that he still has feelings for his long-time girlfriend.

"It's always gonna be love. I'm a grown man, just gotta move forward."

Though Brown had already blamed the dissolution of the relationship on several factors, he added one more during the interview: his age.

"People have differences and people have different wants and needs," he said. "At the end of the day she's a young girl. I can't be focused on wife-ing somebody that young... and I'm young too."

Rumors were swirling surrounding Brown's wild birthday weekend. Breezy spent it sans Rihanna who was out on her "Diamonds" world tour (and, some claim, he spent it with Karreuche Tran, instead). Brown confirmed that RiRi was the farthest thing from his mind during his 24th birthday bash.

Brown says he just wanted to "see as many girls as possible" during the celebration.

What's in the future for Brown without Rihanna? Will he jump into the arms of another woman? According to Brown, he's going to take some time to focus on himself.

"I just got to step forward and be a man and be the best Chris Brown I can be, instead of worrying about whoever else is going to be in my side pocket," the singer said.
