Vampire Weekend New Album: Listen To 'Modern Vampires Of The City' One Week Before Release Date [FULL ALBUM STREAM]

Vampire Weekend’s new album Modern Vampires of The City is available to stream for free via iTunes right now, a week before its May 14 release date. The first album by the WASP-rock outfit since 2010’s Contra can be heard via the iTunes Store as the latest in a string of early streams prior to physical release dates.

The band called Modern Vampires “a hard record to make” and “simple and bare” in an interview with SPIN. Ezra Koening said that the record was “dark” and “organic” in an interiew with Q.
