Choreographer Wade Robson has filed suit against the estate of Michael Jackson, seeking damages for alleged molestation that occurred when Robson was still a child. This is a different story than the one told by Robson during the King of Pop's high-profile 2005 molestation case. At that time Robson denied any inappropriate conduct from MJ.

From TMZ:

"Wade's lawyer filed legal docs May 1 asking the judge in the Michael Jackson Estate case to allow him to file a late creditor's claim against the Estate.  In the documents, Wade's lawyer says he submitted a never-before filed complaint "for childhood sexual abuse.""

Robson met Michael when he was five years old and was soon staying at the Neverland ranch for one of Michael's infamous sleepovers. Wade continued to hang around Jackson until he was 14.

Since then, the now 30-year-old Robson has become a famous choreographer working with the likes of Britney Spears and 'N Sync. Upon Michael's death in 2009, Robson had the following to say

"Michael Jackson changed the world and, more personally, my life forever," Robson said. "He is the reason I dance, the reason I make music, and one of the main reasons I believe in the pure goodness of human kind."

In spite of his own testimony to the contrary, Jackson's housekeeper Bianca Francia testified that she saw MJ showering with Robson around the time that he was eight or nine years old.
