Alexander Skarsgard and Alexa Chung are still dating and in love with each other despite the many bumps in their relationship. The pair stepped out together to grab coffee in New York City, the first time the two of them were pictured together in eight months.

Paparazzi last took snaps of the Swedish actor and his model girlfriend in July 2016. Alexander Skarsgard and Alexa Chung enjoyed a summer's day out together with the actor's mother in New York City. That was the last time they were pictured together, as the duo are very secretive about their relationship, Mail Online wrote. To wit, they have not even publicly confirmed their relationship status although they were rumored to have started dating in June 2015.

That may be the case, but the newly-surfaced pictures show that they are still going strong. And although it was only a day out for coffee and a walk, Alexander Skarsgard and Alexa Chung also channeled their fashion sense through their street style. Vogue likened Chung's daylight style to Edie Sedgwick, in her animal-print coat. She also put on a skinny scarf, a pair of Gucci sunglasses and R.M. Williams boots. Meanwhile, her boyfriend went for a black ensemble for their outing to Brooklyn Botanical Gardens in Prospect Park.

Both Alexander Skarsgard and Alexa Chung have been very busy since they were last photographed together. The Swede has been recently involved in the indie film "War on Everyone" and in "Big Little Lies." The latter is a limited series aired on HBO, wherein Skarsgard acts alongside Aussie beauty Nicole Kidman. The two of them are husband and wife in the series and have been engaged in numerous steamy scenes together. Meanwhile, Chung found herself busy handling her sartorial line, which the world-renowned brand Marks & Spencer display in their shops.
