Adele Latest Update: ‘Hello’ Singer Bids Concert Tours Goodbye In New Zealand Show

Adele delivered the last performance for her "25" tour last Sunday, Mar. 26, in Auckland, New Zealand. At the same time, the singer told the 40,000 strong crowd that it could be her last tour, for good.

It was a rainy night in the Mt. Smart Stadium in Auckland when Adele related to her New Zealand fans that concert tours are not exactly her cup of tea. The British-born superstar also admitted that the crowd's applause makes her feel vulnerable, Time wrote. That is why she might not go on tour again. The songstress also added that the "25" circuit is her ultimate accomplishment for the span of her career.

This does not really come as a surprise, as the multi-awarded singer is known to always have stage fright. And now that she has a son with partner Simon Konecki, Adele now has more reasons to stay in her domicile. Furthermore, the Tottenham nightingale does not really need to go on another circuit like "25." After all, her album sales alone make her the biggest selling pop musician. Plus, her Eton College-educated husband is also invested in an eco-friendly water brand.

Although Adele would like to stop touring for good, it does not mean that the bubbly "Hello" singer will eschew live performances completely. Vanity Fair wrote that it is still possible that the songstress will turn to Las Vegas residencies just like Britney Spears, Celine Dion and Jennifer Lopez do. Furthermore, she has not completely ruled Broadway musicals, though that may not happen for about 30 years or so.

Adele also said once in an interview that though she no longer vomits due to intense stage fright, she still gets the jitters when she performs. She added that she will be fine if she does not hear the applause of her fans again. Lastly, the Grammy-winning singer is also concerned about the time she spends with her son.
