Bella Hadid And More Celebrities Disappoint Donors Of The Met Gala For Smoking
Wealthy donors of the Metropolitan Museum of Arts were not happy to see photos of Bella Hadid and more celebrities smoking inside the museum bathroom during the Met Gala.Read more to know the details.
"As a donor to the Met, I was so insulted to see all these 'celebrities' smoking and taking selfies of themselves in the bathroom," a donor told Page Six. "Mostly, it's disrespectful to the art collection, which needs to be kept 100% smoke-free. I would honestly like to see these people fined by the city," the unidentified donor added.
The Smoke-Free Air Act Local Law #47 of 2002 in New York City didn't stop Bella Hadid, Behati Prinsloo and Dakota Johnson and more well-known celebrities from blowing up at Met Gala. The stars crowded into bathrooms at times, and it really pissed off the board members. Reports have it that the board member stormed out and complained to Anna Wintour's team after learning about the celebrities smoking it the bathroom. The act was deemed disrespectful for the museum.
