Phaedra Parks Fired After Lying About Porsha Williams in 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' Reunion

Phaedra Parks will no longer be a part of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” after the events of the shocking reunion episode on Sunday. Meanwhile, Porsha Williams talked about the incident for the first time and said she and Parks are still not on good terms.

Us Weekly report reveals that the 43-year-old attorney will not be asked to come back to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” by Bravo. Phaedra Parks’ departure comes after the four-part season 9 reunion of the hit reality show. She was revealed to have spread the rumor that Kandi Burruss and her husband, Todd Tucker, planned to drug and take home Porsha Williams and their common friend Shamea Morton in order to take advantage of them sexually.

The host of the reunion episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Andy Cohen called on Phaedra Parks on her “megawatt lie” to which she simply asked what more can she do since she already apologized. Parks added that the person she is most concerned with is Porsha Williams but was sorry that Kandi was hurt as well.

Meanwhile, Porsha Williams admitted that her current situation with Phaedra Parks is difficult since she was her best friend even outside of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” show. However, Parks’ betrayal is something she just can’t get past and ever will. Williams made these statements during the Dish Nation radio show of which she is a part of reports ET Online.

Porsha Williams has previously accused Phaedra Parks as using her as a pawn to hurt their “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” co-star. She also said she had apologized to Burruss but is not looking for a friendship with her. Williams added that she hopes that her once strong friendship with Parks can still be repaired. But, everything is still new to her at the moment.

Phaedra Parks’ exit from “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” if true, could mean more screen time for another co-star, Kim Zolciak-Biermann. She has long been rumored to be returning for Season 10. She won’t be in the show full-time but will be in a smaller role. The number of episodes she will be appearing in os still being determined.
