Justin Bieber and Chris Brown, Besties [PHOTO & VIDEO]: The Biebs' Instagram Post Featuring Breezy, BFFs?

Justin Bieber posted a new picture to his Instagram account of him and singer Chris Brown posing together. The caption on the post reads, "CB what's up," with Brown's arm draped over the 19-year-old pop star and Bieber pointing up at the R & B star. Their tattoos are also on display, with Brown's sleeves of ink making Bieber's skin look a bit bare in comparison. So are these two best friends now?

For Bieber's sake, let's hope not. Chris Brown is infamous for attracting controversy and Bieber is currently trying to maintain a popular celebrity image. The photo honestly just looks like two huge music stars posing for a picture together. We should probably leave it at that, but of course we won't.

Justin was recently booed during his acceptance speech at the 2013 Billboard Music Award. After being announced as the winner of the Milestone Award, some people in the crowd seemed to disagree with this outcome and let the singer know. At this, Bieber simply stated that he felt he should be taken seriously for his musicianship and craft.

In other news in the Bieber world, the pop star treated the students of Whitney Elementary School in Las Vegas a surprise visit. While there, Bieber helped kids organize food donations and even pledged to fill the school's food pantry over the next year.

"I'm teaming up with Conagra foods to fill the food banks in America. My mom and I went to food banks, so being to help out now has been amazing."

In terms of the controversy surrounding his latest European tour and other aspects of his life, Bieber said, "I know who I am and I know about my music and I just want to make people happy and you know, media can say what they want to say but again I rise above it all."
