Justin Bieber May Sue Guests [PHOTO]: Talking About 'Baby' Singer's Parties Could Cost $5 Million, Calabasas Contract Liability Waiver
If you are lucky enough to get invited to one of Justin Bieber's parties at his Calabasas house make sure you do not talk about it in any way afterwards. According to a liability waiver and release connected to the California home obtained by TMZ, the Biebs will sue any party guests that divulge any information about whatever events go down at his residence. It won't be just any lawsuit though; he may sue for $5 million according to the contract.
The detailed document (that all guests have to sign when entering Justin's house) states that talking about pretty much any party information will be punished. This includes the "physical health, or the philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics" of Justin and/or his guests.
Bieber's document also warns of activities that could be "potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained." It even states that the risks include "minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death."
A liability waiver and release is a standard practice for most celebrities worried about parties at their homes, but the $5 million lawsuit punishment from Bieber definitely makes this a pretty serious contract.

Though the document is very detailed, what do you think Bieber is worried about? Perhaps the 19-year-old singer throws some crazy parties that could be crossing some lines? In the past, Justin's friends King Kevi and Lil' Twist have reportedly served "sizzurp" at a few of these parties. Somebody had to leak that information, so maybe that person is seeking legal council for the $5 million lawsuit.
Justin might not even take this waiver seriously. He could be using it as a scare tactic, but when it comes down to it he has the legal means to sue.
