Rick Ross New Album 2013: MMG 'Self Made Vol. 3' Is 'All About Collaboration' According To 'Box Chevy' Rapper
Rick Ross may not be open to calls for boxing matches from former drug dealers, but when it comes to MMG's new album Self Made Vol. 3, Ross is all ears. The "Box Chevy" rapper told MTV News that the album is "all about the collaboration" in an interview.
"A lot of times you'll get in the studio with your homey and collaborate on a record that may not necessarily fit with the body of work... you may be putting together for a solo album, but it's something that you really want to give to your fans. It's something it's really super dope, but it's only a way you can present it - in a form like this," Ross told MTV News.
On June 2, Ross announced the album and June 3rd was a very busy day for MMG. Wale released a remix of "Bad" with Rihanna. Rockie Fresh submitted "God Is Great." And Ross proved to be a man of his word with uber-collaboration "Poor Decisions" (the track features Ross, Wale and Lupe Fiasco).
