Lindsey Vonn Drug Test at CFDA Awards: Tiger Woods Girlfriend 'Forced to Pee in Cup' by International Olympic Committee at New York Fashion Event, Passes
Reports confirm that Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn attended New York's Council of Fashion Designers of America Awards on Monday evening (June 3) with pro-golfer boyfriend Tiger Woods... where she was forced to take a drug test while donning a stunning Cynthia Rowley gown. Apparently, members of the International Olympic Committee unexpectedly showed up to the prestigious fashion event and demanded that the 28-year-old athlete pee in a cup right then and there. Vonn obliged to the mandatory, unscheduled drug test - she allegedly passed and promptly returned to the party.
Flaunting a white, floor-length Cynthia Rowley dress, Vonn was forced to take a quick bathroom break right in the middle of the CFDA Awards. Apparently members of the International Olymic Committee demanded that she take the drug test immedately to ensure no "tampered" results. Vonn didn't get fussy when she received the unexpected cellphone call during the event. IOC drug testers were allegedly waiting outside NYC's Lincoln Center for the popular skier, who's currently training for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.
Vonn and 37-year-old Woods were guests of fashion designer Cynthis Rowley (which explains why Vonn was wearing one of her custom-made gowns). Rowley helped usher in the IOC officials and according to a New York Post insider, "Lindsay met the IOC at the bathroom. Cynthia stood guard outside, and no one was allowed to enter the bathroom. They were in there for about five minutes." Ultimately, Vonn was asked to "pee in a cup" - she reportedly passed the test and quickly returned to the night's festivities. An IOC staffer waved her off with a simple, "have fun."
Vonn was spotted later on in the evening "having a great time" with her beau.
Speaking of Vonn's relationship with golfer Tiger Woods... how's that going?
"It's weird when people are taking pictures of you when you don't know it. It's a little bit - a lot - intrusive," Vonn once admitted to Us Weekly. "But we're dealing with it and we're happy, and that's all that matters."
