Bell rocked FOUR different outfit changes during Wednesday evening's CMT Music Awards (June 5)... she also tweeted a photo of her "new" backstage beauty routine. That's right - breast pump galore! Bell kept things simple throughout the night... debuting three lovely black ensembles. But the blonde bombshell really stole the show when she stepped out in a gold, curve-hugging dress for her first "costume change." (FYI - Bell hosted the 2013 CMT Music Awards alongside Jason Aldean).

Bell wowed the crowd... without taking a stumble in her sky-high heels!
