With everyone getting so riled up over Yeezus, it's easy to forget that Kanye West has quite a few unreleased tracks floating around out there as well. Q-Tip played a brief snippet of "Mama's Boyfriend" a previously unreleased Kanye track that samples Billy Joel at his Red Bull Music Academy Lecture. The song starts at 1:36, but the whole interview is worth a watch. Q-Tip talks with Ego Trip co-founder Chairman Mao about his career. Check it out below:

Really the entirety Red Bull Music Academy's New York stint of its lecture series has been amazing. They released a 12 minute documentary to celebrate 12 years of DFA Records and have had enlightening conversations with El-P, Brian Eno (and his hologram) James Murphy and Giorgio Moroder.

Of course, you came came here for Kanye. So, in recent Yeezy news, the Daft Punk/Kanye West collabo has been revealed, Kanye got his own 16-bit RPG, and his baby with Kim Kardashian continues its (ahem, her) march toward its eventual press-stopping birth.

What do you think of "Mama's Boyfriend"? How about the Q-Tip lecture? Have you been watching Red Bull Music Academy's videos?
