Hayden Panettiere [PHOTOS & VIDEO]: 'Nashville' Star Bumps and Grinds on 'Graham Norton Show,' Talks Drugs and Alcohol Temptations as Child Actress

Hayden Panetierre is overseas this weekend and stopped by "The Graham Norton Show" to show off some of her sexy dance moves. The "Nashville" star might be on a show about country music, but Hayden demonstrated some moves that you see out at the nightclubs! Also, the 23-year-old talked to "BBC Breakfast" about being a child star and how she could have easily become another statistic.

"I'm no different to anyone else and those same doors were opened to me and they are very easy to walk through," Hayden admitted. "Drugs, alcohol, being in inappropriate places where you shouldn't be at a certain age -- it's a very tough position to be in, but I had great people to pull me back from it."

"Being a young female growing up in this industry is tough. And I grew up in the generation of the wild child -- I was guilty by association. So everyone sits there and waits for you to fall of your horse," she explained. "But as long as you have people who are willing to tell you the truth and are not afraid to tell you the truth, and who are there to yank you back when you need it and give you a reality check -- it makes a world of difference."

Though she had a bit of a serious talk on "BBC Breakfast," Hayden let loose of "The Graham Norton Show." The episode airs on Friday, but luckily some set photos have surfaced featuring the young actress grinding with Pharrell and Robin Thicke. Though the performers brought there own dancers along, Hayden decided to join in on the fun as well!
