Ciara SLAMMED With Lawsuit Papers While Performing On Stage! [VIDEO]: Hit Factor Serves CiCi Mid 'One-Two Step!'

Ciara was there to serve up a great concert, but instead the "Super Tunt Up" singer was served! The songstress was in Los Angeles to hit the stage for LA Pride, when she was slammed with lawsuit papers mid one-two step.

According to TMZ, Cici was sued by the Hit Factory club in West Hollywood for allegedly pulling out of a Friday night concert there. Ciara's reps claim they told the club she could not make the performance, but they continued to promote it anyway.

Since the club people knew exactly where Ciara was going to be Saturday night, they sent their process server right up to the stage to hand her the papers, which she quickly tossed back.

This is not the first or probably the last time the "I'm Out" singer has caught flack for skipping out on a scheduled performance. Ciara's beau Future was recently blasted by club Pure, in Las Vegas. Allegedly, Future skipped out on the appearance to dine at a steakhouse with his fiancé, Ciara!

The lawsuit could be the least of Cici's worries; after all she does have an album to promote. "Ciara" hit shelves this July.
