Photographer Jeffrey Binion was allegedly assaulted by at least on of Justin Bieber's bodyguards last week and is now suing the "Baby" singer along with the security detail. According to Binion, he was taking pictures of the 19-year-old pop star outside of Miami's iconic recording studio, The Hit Factory, and was then approached by two bodyguards. From there things got a little heated and Binion claims they harassed him and one of the bodyguards, Hugo Hesny, choked him in ordered to get the camera out of his hands.

"I just had some guys harass me. They just assaulted me," Binion explained to the police dispatcher. When asked if he needed rescue he turned down the offer but stayed on the line to continue his story.

"It's some security guys for Justin Bieber. They just assaulted me. Took my camera, were going to smash it. They took the memory card out of the camera. "

Binion claimed that Bieber actually instructed his bodyguard Hesny to assault him for the camera.

The victim also alleged the bodyguard "was choking me to take my stuff. ... They first took the camera. They made me delete the pictures. I deleted them. Then they took the memory card out of my camera, which is like a hundred-dollar card."

Binion also said Hesny "threw [him] against a wall, began choking him and threatened [him] with a gun," while the other bodyguards took his camera and removed the memory card.

The photographer's attorney, Russell Adler, said Justin Bieber has to "grow up and realize he can't do these things ... even if he's a superstar."
