Miami Heat Defeat Spurs 95-88 To Take Home NBA Title, LeBron James Scores 37 Points In Final
LeBron James threw up 37 points on the scoreboard to help the Miami Heat take down their second straight title. Dwayne Wade added 23 points to that total also assisting the team with 10 rebounds. Dane Battier shot with 75 percent accuracy from the three point line. James went 50 percent from the three point line. Basically the intense match-up and performance by the Heat made it impossible for the San Antonio Spurs to make a dent on defense.
While the heat were on fire, the Spurs did their best to put a thorn in the side of the opposition. Tim Duncan scored 24 points and took down 12 rebounds. Kawahi Leonard helped the team quite a bit as well with 19 points whilst pulling in 16 rebounds. All in all it was a well fought game on both sides, but the Heat were too hot and melted the Spurs into little blobs of metal.
Twitter is blowing up with after the win was posted and country stars are even reacting to the Heat's win. The Bleacher report sent out a tweet which shows the team and their trophy.
