The video (entitled "Hahaha") has already received over one million "likes" and comments. Hmm... is this clip (where the Biebs breaks into an incoherent fit of giggles) visual proof that the 19-year-old "Believe" crooner indeed smokes weed, or was he just goofing off and de-stressing?
