Rihanna Fears For Safety After Trespasser Arrest, RiRi Seeks Restraining Order

Rihanna is looking to make a restraining order permanent after a trespasser was arrested while walking around on her roof.

Robert Melanson, who was detained by Rihanna's security last week, originally claimed that he had no idea that the house belonged to Rihanna. However, as TMZ reports, Melanson had detailed maps of the property.

Rihanna is looking to make a current restraining order on Melanson permanent.

A judge has ordered Robert Melanson to stay 100 yards clear of Rihanna, her house and her place of business.  Melanson was skulking on the singer's roof with detailed property maps in hand on June 17.  He was placed on a psychiatric hold and released 2 days later.

Rihanna claimed in her legal docs she fears for her safety because Melanson is unstable and has a criminal history.
