"Real Housewives of Atlanta" Kenya Moore's housing situation maybe voided after a judge found the feud between her and landlord lady, Conya Dillon Weems to be frivolous.

Judge Louis Levenson said that the lease didn't indicate that the $848 in alleged past late fees and utility bills as well as $4,500 in late fees for pool and lawn service fees and an eviction fee were considered late.

The unimpressed judge didn't know why the case was such a spectacle after someone whispered to him about the reality star's celebrity status he said, "These ladies don't like each other, do they? Nobody goes to court over $71.48, adding, "Why anyone would be fascinated by this case escapes me," he said. He then urged the two parties to resolve this without more court action. "A bad settlement is better than a good judgment."

The judge ordered the women to deal problems outside of court and Moore seemed to be pleased with his reaction at the lawsuit saying,

"The whole situation was embarrassing. I don't want to stay where I'm not wanted," she said. "There are plenty of great places in Atlanta for me to move to."

Moore plans on filing a counterclaim against Weems for defamation of character, slander and wrongful eviction. Moore had reached out to her landlord lady and the response she received was Isaiah 54:17 scripture form the Bible and a text:

"Sums it up for me! God's word will not come back void! I take possession of the home that I own. I am not critical of renting at all - just Kenya for being a pathological liar she is. I tried to help her when she begged to lease it. I thought I could be a blessing to her and she took advantage of my kindness. She will not steal my joy and never will I ever compromise my integrity. I have class and I'm happy. Behind the smile and camera, she is lonely, classless, bitter and miserable. No amount of money can buy the qualities she lacks. GOD's word will not come back void. Kenya's fame that she is trying so desperately to reach will not last and it comes with a cost - lost credibility and negativity. Nothing she says or does will ever take away the joy I have. I am thankful to my family and friends for their endless support and prayers. To be continued on the 18th!"

Previously, according to Access Atlanta, Dillion requested to expedite the process and filed a motion to have Moore evicted. Allegedly, Moore and her lawyer, attorney Marcia Fuller did not show up to the hearing and the judge granted Dillion the eviction and dropped the counter suit against her.

Fuller convinced the judge that she never received notice about the hearing and ultimately the judge agreed to reschedule.

Kenya was reportedly evicted from her Atlanta $3999-a-month mansion after her current landlord sued the "Real Housewife of Atlanta" celebrity for failing to pay $848 short and defaulting on the terms and conditions of the lease.

RadarOnline source reported, "The sheriff's department posted the notice on Kenya's home last Thursday but she still doesn't know that she has been evicted because she hasn't been home yet," the source added, "The homeowner is incredibly upset at what is unwanted attention that has been caused as a result of Kenya moving into the neighborhood."
