Justin Timberlake New Song 2013 'Take Back The Night' Teased in New Video Promoting 'The 20/20 Experience' Part 2 [WATCH]
Less than a week after the controversial video for Justin Timberlake's "Tunnel Visions" premiered, JT is already announcing a new release.
In a 50-second YouTube video entitled "The 20/20 Experience Continues," the "SexyBack" singer is shown getting out of a car at a club with simple signs about his recent releases. "Suit & Tie January 14th," "Mirrors February 11th," "The 20/20 Experience March 19th" and finally "Take Back The Night." The very last poster board shows a date, but in true teasing style, it's all blurred out.
The look on Timberlake's face is more than a little sly. He then walks into the club, where the new single can be heard loud and clear.
"Take back the night, / Come on and use me up till there's nothing left, / Take back the night, / Dizzy, spinning, sweating, you can't catch your breath, / Take back the night," Justin sings in his distinctive almost-falsetto to a beat that is more than a little inspired by Michael Jackson.
A flash of "The 20/20 Experience Continues..." finishes the teaser off. Of course, no date is given.
However, Timberlake has stated that part two of The 20/20 Experience will be released this fall, following his Legends of the Summer Tour with his friend and collaborator Jay-Z.
Notably missing from the teaser is "Tunnel Vision." The artistic video featuring nude women has stirred up a storm, however, the single has yet to be sent to radio. Is the video a standalone project? Will JT push forward promoting the new 20/20 Experience, leaving his third studio album in the dust?
Either way, part two of the 20/20 Experience is due out Sept. 30. Until then, fans will have to keep their ears open for another snippet of "Take Back The Night."
