A photo of Adele flaunting a "double wedding band" on her left index finger recently went viral on Twitter, prompting rumors that the "Skyfall" songstress secretly tied the knot with boyfriend Simon Konecki. But it looks like all the marriage buzz is just a hoax - in fact, the actual image is over two years old! Adele gave birth to the couple's first child together on October 19, 2012 (a boy allegedly named Angelo). The new parents are happy and in-love, but evidently NOT married.

Several gossip sites (including Daily Mail, Glamour, etc.) are currently reporting that Adele may have tied the knot in a secret wedding ceremony just a few days ago. Here's the wedding ring photo that sparked such buzz:

But it turns out this photo was taken two years ago at Deutscher Musikpreis (in 2011). Adele didn't start dating Konecki until 2012.

Sources confirm that Adele hopes to marry her baby daddy soon, but this photo isn't evidence that it's already happened. Rumors even suggest that the Grammy Award winner's planning a '50s-themed ceremony for sometime this month:

"It's been one of the best years of Adele's life and to get married is the most amazing way to round it off. She's never been so in love... She's planning a modest do at a local church in a small village near their home in Sussex. The reception will just be at their house - it's all very low-key."
