SyFy's 'Sharknado' Follow Up 'Ghost Shark' Trailer [VIDEOS]: Preview Clips of Paranormal Sea Creature Horror TV Movie, Twitter Reacts
Earlier this month, America was taken over by the hype around SyFy's original television movie Sharknado and before we can truly recover from that masterpiece, the network has released a trailer for a new shark adventure. Ghost Shark stars "7th Heaven" alumnus Mackenzie Rosman and a whole bunch of other nameless actors that are faced with this intentionally poor-quality movie. Yes, these movies are terrible but they are also a whole lot of fun! Just the title has already drawn so much attention!
According to SyFy's executive vice president of programming and original movies, Thomas Vitale, Ghost Shark was inspired by something a 7-year-old girl had said. That young girl happens to be Vitale's daughter, by the way. Vitale also promises that Ghost Shark will have a "logical reason" behind the paranormal predator. If you remember from Sharknado, that phenomenon was explained by global warming, so SyFy can easily explain a shark that is also a ghost, right?
