Kate Middleton Baby Bump, Due Date: Pregnant Duchess' Royal Child Arriving Late, Delivery Expected for July 23 According to Mother Carole
How long will the world's "Royal Baby Watch" continue? The reported due date for Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge's first child has come and gone, leaving everyone guessing. But new reports are claiming there is indeed a delivery in sight. According to Kate Middleton's mother, we have another week of anticipation!
Kate's mother, Carole, reportedly revealed the actual due to date to some friends. Take this news with a grain of salt, of course, but according to some insiders, Kate and Will's first child will be born a Leo. In fact, July 23 is the new rumored delivery date for Kate Middleton.
NBC anchor Mandy Clark said, "Kate's mum reportedly told friends that the baby will be a Leo, a star sign that only begins on July 23."
The Duchess of Cornwall, William's stepmother Camilla, recently revealed her anxiousness to meet the new heir to the throne.
"We don't know what's going to happen," Camilla said during a visit to a children's hospice this week. "We're all waiting at the end of a telephone. I hope by the end of the week he or she will be there."
So it looks like we will have to wait a few more days until the birth of the future heir to the throne. As many mothers know, the first child has the tendency to come later than expected and it looks like Kate might be experiencing that now.
Though Princess Kate has been on maternity leave since mid-June, she still managed to fulfill some of her royal duties through a letter.
The 31-year-old mother-to-be wrote a letter to a counseling charity she supports called Place2Be.
"Too many young people are suffering from emotional problems and the impact can be simply devastating," she wrote. "Issues such as addiction, poverty, abuse and neglect, loss and illness of family members can have a long- lasting impact. Place2Be ensures that children can thrive and take the best possible path in life."
