While her current single "We Can't Stop" sits near the top of the charts with its shocking, sexy video, Miley Cyrus has announced the name and release date of her new single. According to Cyrus' Twitter, "23" will be released on Aug. 26.
According to the same tweet, Mike WiLL Made It produced the track and it features Wiz Khalifa and Juicy J. Mike WiLL also produced "We Can't Stop."

Little else is known about the new song. However, Cyrus and WiLL first teased the song on July 14 when they both tweeted simply "#23" "23" will be the second single from Cyrus' upcoming comeback album, her fourth studio effort (under her name... her Disney moniker Hanna Montana has four records). Last week, Cyrus announced that she will announce the name of the 2013 album when she reaches 13 million Twitter followers. On July 20, however, she seemed to tease that the album name is one word with seven letters.

She currently has slightly over 12.8 million followers on the social media site.
As MStars reported last week, there isn't much known about Cyrus' new album. The singer has revealed a clip of "Wrecking Ball" and a line from a mysterious track "Last Goodbye" leaked onto the web in June. According to Billboard, Dr. Luke and Edge also worked on the record.
Cyrus has also been gaining a little bit of controversy lately. Earlier today, it was revealed that she was, in fact, singing about the drug molly on "We Can't Stop," leading some (including Demi Lovato) to worry about her partying ways.
