Miley Cyrus is taking to Twitter once again to let the world know what it is that she stands for. While most people probably don't really understand exactly what she is trying to say, it is safe to assume Miley is just being Miley.

Today she led off her miniature Twitter rant with a statement. That statement being that she sings about her name being Miley?
