Chris Brown, Deanna Gines Lawsuit: Karrueche Tran Stands Next To Chris After $25,000 Lawsuit For Heat Ultra Lounge Night Club Assault?
Chris Brown is being sued by Deanna Gines for $25,000 who he allegedly assaulted at a nightclub.
According to TMZ, Deanna Gines appeared on their "TMZ Live" show and said that she only wanted an apology after he shoved her to the ground at Heat Ultra Lounge in the O.C., last month.
The 24-year-old claims she tore a ligament in her right knee caused by the incident. The nightclub owner and Brown has denied the allegations, but now since he's never apologized, she is taking the artist and the nightclub to court for battery, assault, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Chris Brown claims that Deanna Gines is lying about her assault claims, which injured her leg.
According to the "Heat Ultra Lounge" club owner Mike Joher, in Anaheim, California says that the partygoer was lying about the incident, "Based on the information which we have gathered from our security company, mall security, and other party goers which were at HEAT on Saturday night; It is apparent that the alleged incident regarding Chris Brown is false."
The 24-year-ld singer's tweeted his followers, "I don't usually comment [on press reports], but I didn't do anything", which he then deleted.
The singer then ranted, "Positive energy... The devil is always working. If it wasn't for my faith and my fans, I would've quit music along [sic] time ago. I'm tired of it man....! Stay positive."
Brown's rep Nicole Perna claims that the singer would never do anything like that, "I'm unaware of the incident, as is Chris's lawyer and his entire team. He was in a great mood after Powerhouse [the gig he played before going to the club]. None of this makes sense," she said.
