'Romeo & Juliet' Movie Trailer [VIDEO]: 'Downton Abbey' Writer Pens Latest Take on Shakespeare

Romeo & Juliet is easily the most recognizable story of all time, thanks to William Shakespeare. Ever since film could do so, there have been countless adaptations of the story, and today we are treated to the trailer for the latest take. Writer Julian Fellowes and director Carlos Carlei took on the task to retell the classic tragedy and the cast involved is one of the bigger draws for the film. Academy Award nominee Hailey Steinfeld plays the lovelorn Juliet opposite Douglas Booth's Romeo.

Other familiar faces pop up like Paul Giamatti, Damian Lewis and "Gossip Girl" favorite Ed Westwick as the villainous Tybalt.
