Lindsay Lohan just completed her court-ordered 90-day sentence of rehabilitation treatment this week and is already getting more rehab, in a sense. The "Mean Girls" star was sentenced to undergo treatment after making a plea deal for lying to a police officer in a hit and run case about a year ago. Now that she has completed her treatment, the young actress and singer wants to take strides to coming back into the real world by living in a "lower level, sober living house."

Though you might seem skeptical on whether this is the last time Lindsay goes into rehab or not, sources say that she is serious now.

One insider said, "It's like invasion of the body snatchers. She's a different person."

The 26-year-old actress plans on moving to New York City after her further rehabilitation but also has some gigs lined up in the meantime. On Monday she is supposed to co-host "Chelsea Lately" and her new film, The Canyons, premieres later this week.

In a recent interview, The Canyons writer Bret Easton Ellis shared his opinions on where Lindsay would be headed in the future.

"I have no idea what Lindsay's leaning toward," Ellis stated. "All I know is she's very street smart. She's a very mixed up 20-something, but very knowledgeable about film and composition and lighting and hitting your mark. When she did our first table read, she blew me away. She was late, she was a little scattered, we had nervous small talk, and then she turned it on immediately. I don't see her as lost. I know a lot of 20-somethings and they're all messed up. But when you're out in the public, you're magnified 100 percent, and I can understand how you'd go a little bit further. But she was ultimately very nice. She was sometimes bossy-I don't know if that's the Adderall-but I genuinely liked her."
