Justin Bieber Tattoo: Biebz Adds Rose To Arm, Moves Closer To Full Sleeve [PHOTO]

Justin Bieber added to his the growing grey-ink slab of crazy on his arm last night, putting a rose tattoo in the bare spot on his elbow and moving that much closer to a full sleeve. 

As of now, the Biebz has an eye, a potrait that looks like it was done in prison (toward his wrist), an owl, a castle and a tiger on his arm, along with a bunch of filler.

To compliment his seemingly intentionally low-quality tats, the Bieber may soon have friends in prison. His buddy Lil Twist recently had a battery complaint filed against him for an altercation that went down in Biebz Calabasas home:

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that a woman filed the complaint against Lil Twist early Thursday morning (August 1). Apparently, the lady wanted to leave the mansion at around 3:30 a.m., but the Young Money rapper wouldn't let her. He allegedly grabbed her arm in a forceful manner and tried to prevent her from exiting the establisment. Once she escaped, the woman immediately drove from Bieber's home to a nearby Sheriff's Department. Cops are currently investigating the case.
