Jake Owen 2013: New Single 'Days of Gold' and New Album RUMORS, Tour Dates [FULL LIST]
Jake Owen is one of the most recent wonders in country music. His songs are full of life and energy, and while they do not have the usual inspirational lyrics that a "motivational song" would have you still somehow feel like getting up and attacking the day (or night) after a good listen.
Jake Owen's full name is Joshua Ryan Owen. He was born August 28, 1981 which means he has a birthday coming up very soon. He is a tall man standing at six feet and two inches and perhaps is known for having some of the best hair in country music. It is hard to say whether he has the hair because he never wears a hat, or if he never wears a hat because of his beautiful hair. Either way, he is one of the more Fabio looking fellas on country's stage.
Jake Owen recently put out a few hits. Recently being two years ago already, but recently none the less, he came out with "Barefoot Bluejean Night" which is an anthem played all across the United States, especially in the heat of the summer. Another song that came from the same album is called "Anywhere With You" and that one is still heard on the radio quite a few times per day.
"Days of Gold" is a single that he is coming out with soon. There is a countdown on his website about the song, which is a great place to get this, as well as a lot more information about the country superstar. Right now the countdown is reading that this will be happening in three days, and if you are a fan of Jake Owen, the little preview that is put onto his website is sure to have you fired up.
Tonight the country songster is playing in Oklahoma at Quapa, after that he will be spending a couple days in Iowa, and then he will be all over the place for a while. Here is a list of tour dates that Jake Owen has scheduled as of right now:
