Evelyn Lozada cries on "Basketball Wives" to her mother about losing her husband, Chad Ochocinco and her brother-in-law who died a month after her domestic violence incident.
The reality star confirmed to a family member that Johnson's infidelities is the cause of the head-butting incident after she found condoms in his car. Lozada told her mother, "I have every reason to be pissed off that my husband of three weeks is buying condoms," Lozada, 37, said. "I think I have every right, but he knows I was good to him."
Evelyn told ABC News that he wrapped his hands around her head and head-butted her. On this upcoming season of VH1's Basketball Wives, which set to premiere August 19, Lozada, will go into detail about what happened that night and why she is so heartbroken that people thought she deserved the beating.
After less than a month of marriage, Lozada found out her brother-in-law, Anthony Ochoa died after his long battle with cancer. Lozada cried, "It's just like the timing is crazy. It's like two of my best friends just gone. Which feels f----d up. You know? Why is this happening to my life? That's my brother and then he dies right after the incident with me and Chad ... Words can't even explain how dark I felt - like, this can't be my life," she continued, "Why is this happening to my life? Like that's my brother and he like dies. Right after the incident with me and Chad. And it just-I can't even; words can't even explain how dark I felt."
