Chris Brown Retiring from Music? Rihanna's Ex Announces 'Final Album X' on Twitter, 'Tired of Being Famous for a Mistake I made at 18!'
It looks like Chris Brown's done with being famous... at least when it comes to his domestic assault altercation with ex-girlfriend Rihanna a few years ago. Breezy recently went on a mini-Twitter rant, claiming that he's retiring from the music bizz and that his upcoming "X" album will be his last studio record (ever). Do fans believe the "Fine China" crooner's serious?
On Tuesday (August 6), Breezy tweeted:
@chrisbrown: "Don't worry mainstream America. After this X album, it'll probably be my last album."
@chrisbrown: "Being famous is amazing when it's for ur music and talent. I'm tired of being famous for a mistake I made when i was 18. I'm cool & over it!"
Here's what some fans have to say about the shocking announcement:
@BieberBreezyx: "If you quit you're giving them what they want. You need to rise above it & keep doing what you do best.
@MargoLTL: "AND IT'S NOT JUST ABOUT YOU...THERE ARE MILLIONS YOU HAVE BEEN ANOINTED TO TOUCH...GET UP AND MOVE, BE ABOUT THE PURPOSE."
@Curvaceous_LEO: "u r a talented young man who's NOT PERFECT, none of us r, so don't let da negative ppl get 2 u... U r where they want to be!"
@OfficialBrandiA: "you shouldn't even bring it up... U just reminded us."
@bballmypassion: "awwwww chris...you let negativity drive you insane...you just gotta dust it off and keep doing you!! Keep ur head up!! :)â¤."
"X" (Brown's sixth studio record) hits stores on August 20. Do readers truly believe Breezy will leave the music industry behind after this next album, or is he just all talk? Maybe Karrueche Tran can talk some sense into him!
