Derek Medina Kills Wife And Post MURDER PHOTOS On Facebook With Farewell Message [Graphic PHOTOS]

Derek Medina killed his wife Jennifer Alfonso and posted the graphic images on Facebook along with a farewell message for his friends and family.

The 31-year-old posted a message saying:

"I'm going to prison or death sentence for killing my wife love you guys miss you guys take care Facebook people you will see me in the news. My wife was punching me and I am not going to stand anymore with the abuse so I did what I did I hope u understand me."

The murder photos of his wife lying dead in a pool of blood was taken down by Facebook five hours later. Facebook released a statement saying:

"The content was reported to us. We took action on the profile - removing the content and disabling the profile, and we reached out to law enforcement. We take action on all content that violates our terms, which are clearly laid out on our site."

The couple were married January 2010 and later divorced in February 2012, however remarried three months later. Amanda Cooper, friend of Jennifer told the Miami Herald that relationship was an abusive one, "She would be bruised up."

Police are still investigating.
