Justin Bieber Hamptons Brawl [PHOTOS & VIDEO]: Selena Gomez's Ex-Boyfriend Kicked Alleged 'Victim' Wayne Rennalls Over Sophia Rayo Drama

Though a scuffle between 22-year-old Wayne Rennalls and pop superstar Justin Bieber went down over a week ago, the aspiring model is still sporting a black eye and claiming the Biebs kicked him. Earlier reports stated the "Baby" singer was not involved in the brawl, despite his many attempts to get to Rennalls, but possibly ordered his bodyguards to rough him up. This all happened over a bow tie, two waitresses and a flashlight. Now Rennalls is looking to hit Bieber with a lawsuit.

"He [Bieber] got around and kicked me," Wayne said during a press conference in Bay Shore on Friday. He was sporting the remnants of a black eye when he explained that the pop star was in fact jealous of him for attention Rennalls was getting from waitresses Sophia Rayo, 32, and Diana Bhokasub, 24. Earlier reports claimed it was the other way around.

"Justin Bieber [was] still running his mouth and I took my shirt off to fight," he continued. "That's when they all hopped out of the truck and bum-rushed me. They said, 'That's your f*****g a**,' and the first one came to me, and I put my hands up to fight, to protect myself."

One witness to the fight described what happened: "Justin left the club with two waitresses. But the guys on the next table were not happy. One of the waitresses... was flirtatiously wearing a bow tie, which one of the guys on the next table had loaned to her. As she got into Bieber's SUV, the guys chased her out, saying they wanted the bow tie back. Bieber's security pushed back, and a scuffle started. As Bieber and his team drove away, someone threw a rock at his car. Bieber jumped out of the sun roof and got on the hood of the car, while his security knocked the guy to the floor."

Mstars recently reported on Rayo's defense of the "Heartbreaker" singer. Here is an excerpt:

"Everyone is trying to portray Justin in a negative light and he had nothing to do with it," Rayo said. "Everyone was involved, we almost got out [of the car]. It was just some silly thing about a bow tie. It was a dumb thing. Guys just have testosterone."

Some reports claimed that Justin was picking on Rennalls throughout the night until it all escalated out in the parking lot. But Rayo is telling a different story.

"I personally think the guy was starting with Justin and was aggressive because he wanted to get him involved because it's Justin Bieber and he's a celebrity," she said. "I think that people start with people sometimes because they want to get hit and look like the big guy in the crew."
