Filming on The Expendables 3 begins at Nu Image Studios in Bulgaria next Monday, Aug. 19, but more members are still being added to the cast.

Variety reports that Glen Powell (The Dark Knight Rises, The Great Debaters) has joined the cast of Sylvester Stallone's second action sequel. Powell "will play a leading role as a pilot, computer hacker and combat veteran," according to the article.

The roster of action stars continues to grow for The Expendables 3. The film's IMDB page lists the following actors:

Sylvester Stallone, Harrison Ford, Jason Statham, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Milla Jovovich, Mel Gibson, Kellan Lutz, Jackie Chan, Mickey Rourke, Dolph Lundgren, Wesley Snipes, Antonio Banderas, Jet Li, Steven Seagal, and Terry Crews

As MStars previously reported, Harrison Ford has replaced Bruce Willis in Sylvester Stallone's upcoming action sequel The Expendables 3.

Stallone went on his Twitter page on Tuesday and posted "WILLIS OUT . . . HARRISON FORD IN!!!! GREAT NEWS!!!!! Been waiting years for this!!!!"

He then followed that up with a second tweet, which appeared to be a shot at Willis, that read "GREEDY AND LAZY . . . A SURE FORMULA FOR CAREER FAILURE."

The Hollywood Reporter posted an article shortly thereafter and claimed to have some insight into the situation. The article cites a source that said the situation occurred because of Willis' financial demands.

Those behind the movie offered $3 million to Willis for four days of on-location filming in Bulgaria.

"He said he'd drop out unless he got $4 million," the source said, according to THR. "A million dollars a day. Stallone and everybody else involved said no."

Stallone then contacted Ford and the veteran actor was up for a part in The Expendables 3.

"I think [Willis] was pretty surprised he was replaced in 72 hours by Harrison Ford: a better actor, a much nicer person and a more interesting direction for the film," the source said.
