Moshe Benabou, the former bodyguard for Justin Bieber who is suing the international pop star, will have his day in court with the "Baby" singer. A trial date has been set for February of 2014 for assault and battery charges issued against Bieber. Charges against Bieber's touring company, BT Touring, have also been filed for failure to pay owed wages.

Here is what the official complaint from Benabou against Bieber said:

"The tirade was apparently triggered by what Justin Bieber perceived as an attempt by Moshe Benabou to keep one member of Mr. Bieber's entourage physically away from Justin Bieber. As part of this tirade, Justin Bieber repeatedly punched Moshe Benabou in the chest and upper body area. Mr. Benabou did not retaliate or attempt to protect himself out of his concerns for Justin Bieber's physical well-being."

The former bodyguard explained that he says that he worked for Bieber's touring company from March of 2011 to October of 2012. His emplyment ended when the singer had allegedly yelled, "You are fired!" at Benabou.

In other news, Bieber could be in trouble for an alleged "brawl" in the Hamptons earlier this month. Wayne Rennalls, the alleged victim in this story recently filed a lawsuit against the singer.

"He [Bieber] got around and kicked me," Wayne said during a press conference in Bay Shore on Friday. He was sporting the remnants of a black eye when he explained that the pop star was in fact jealous of him for attention Rennalls was getting from waitresses Sophia Rayo, 32, and Diana Bhokasub, 24. Earlier reports claimed it was the other way around.

"Justin Bieber [was] still running his mouth and I took my shirt off to fight," he continued. "That's when they all hopped out of the truck and bum-rushed me. They said, 'That's your f*****g a**,' and the first one came to me, and I put my hands up to fight, to protect myself."
