With two chart topping albums, two world tours, royalties from merchandise and the recent release of the documentary concert film One Direction: This Is Us, we all know that One Direction is incredibly well off. That said, reports are claiming that one of the "Best Song Ever" crooners is looking for a new house. But this one might end up in the United States rather than Britain!

Harry Styles already owns a great bachelor pad in London, England, but now it looks like the heartthrob has his real estate investments aimed across the pond. According to some sources, the 19-year-old is looking at a house in Key Biscayne, Florida.

Sources at Real Estalker claim former boyfriend of Taylor Swift was spotted viewing a beautiful $19 million mansion in a private community. The house is allegedly a four-story residence that is around 6544 square feet with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Back in January, Harry was spotted scoping out Los Angeles houses. This interest in real estate came from his father Des' advice to invest. At the time, a source stated:

"Harry is very sensible and he wants to build on his already high profile in the U.S. Des is a highly successful businessman who owns three properties and his own pub so he has advised him to invest all his wealth in a big property portfolio. Harry loves LA and wants to live among the happening people there when he's in the US."
