Looks like Drake's the type of guy who will infringe on a jeweler's copyright. The Nothing Was The Same rapper is being sued by Baden Baden for allegedly producing knockoffs of a $50,000 owl chain made by the company specifically for the rapper.

Via TMZ:

The jeweler Baden Baden Inc. (owned by designer Michael Raphael) filed the lawsuit, claiming Drizzy hired the company to make a custom diamond-studded platinum owl pendant back in January ... and paid $49,204.
...
According to the lawsuit, BB claims Drake took its original design, copied it, and handed out theiknockoffs to his pals.

Apparently, the jeweler's noticed the fakes when pics of similar pendants popped up on Drake's Instagram.

The lawsuit boils down to the similarity of the pieces handed out by Drake to the jeweler's design, and if Drake owned the design before he had it made into jewelry (Owls are kind of Drake's thing and he's been incorporating them into his album covers and company logos from the beginning.)
