MGMT continued their quest to be known as the biggest bunch of tryhards in the history of music with their "wackiest" performance yet. The world-famous purveyors of aimless, weird-for-the-sake-of-weird psych-pop got all gussied up in scuba gear to perform "Plenty Of Girls In The Sea" (because that's not how that saying goes and the song title mentions water. Ohhh, you rascals).

I don't know how a bunch of dudes playing in scuba gear on national television can be boring. But there you have it. At least ?uestlove was impressed.
