Yuck 'Glow & Behold': British Indie-Rockers Carry On With New Lead Singer [FULL ALBUM STREAM]

British indie-band Yuck aren't going to let a little thing like losing their lead singer stop them from making excellent music. Their sophomore effort Glow And Behold shows the band is still capable of dreamy, summery soundscapes that would make perfect pop radio, if you removed the awesome layers of fuzz.

With the exception of opening track "Sunrise In Maple Shade"- which is comprised of the opening riff from Temple Of The Dog's "Hunger Strike" for three minutes- Glow is all strums and horns. Max Bloom, the man who replaced departed singer Daniel Blomberg, lends a vocal that makes the bouncy tracks sound like summer through the lens of fall: a warm, nostalgic look at the recent past (which, coincidentally, could describe the band's sound as a whole).

Stream Glow & Behold over at the New York Times.

Yuck's 2nd album drops October 1.
