Earlier this summer, Ian Somerhalder and "Vampire Diaries" sweetheart Nina Dobrev officially broke-up. Rumors now suggest that the 24-year-old beauty is currently dating "Dancing with the Stars" heartthrob, Derek Hough. Following the dancer's 2013 Emmy Awards win on Sunday (September 22), Dobrev posted a slew of flirty Instagram messages congratulating him. Hough responded back with, "You're the best babe."
