Last week (Sept. 26), the full tracklist for the "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" soundtrack was released, and one of the biggest artists on the bill was "The Voice" coach Christina Aguilera, who was slated to release the new song "We Remain." Now, weeks before the song is officially due out, "We Remain" has leaked online, via SoundCloud.

"So burn me with fire / Drown with me rain / I'm going to wake up screaming your name / Yes, I'm a slave / Yes, I'm a saint / Whatever happens here, we remain," Aguilera sings in the chorus to the mid-tempo ballad. Her vocals are emotive yet restrained in "We Remain." Though she goes into her signature raspy, strained vocals at time, Aguilera does not over sing on the track, which is quite a relief.

Instrumentally, "We Remain" fits in with the Coldplay "Catching Fire" track "Atlas." It's epic and fitting for a love scene or battle, and is full of slow, steady drumbeats and quiet, simple strings in the background. The music takes a back seat to Aguilera's voice in the production mix, allowing the strength of her voice to carry the tune.

"We Remain" does tend to drag at the midpoint and gets quite repetitive, but overall, the song is one of the strongest from Aguilera in recent memory.

The full soundtrack for "Catching Fire," which features artists like Coldplay and The Lumineers in addition to Aguilera, will be released on Nov. 19. The movie itself comes out Nov. 22.
