The Walking Dead Season 4 SPOILERS: Lauren Cohan Reveals 'Biggest Horror of The Season' As Characters Struggle For Survival
Many of the promotional videos and cast interviews in the lead up to the Season 4 premiere of "The Walking Dead" this Sunday have revealed just how much danger the main characters will be in when the season starts. But now it seems like the survivors themselves will cause enough problems.
Lauren Cohan, who plays Maggie on the AMC hit show, told the following to TVLine about the Season 4 landscape:
"Question: Cannot wait for Sunday's Walking Dead premiere. Any scoop on major deaths? -John
Ausiello: Nothing specific, although Lauren Cohan told us that 'the biggest horror of the season' involves 'turns that characters have taken for 'the betterment of the group,' adding that S4 will 'dig deeper into what it actually takes to survive.'"
As if zombies roaming the Earth weren't enough, now the humans have to deal with their own choices and consequences.
Season 3 featured the engagement of Maggie and Glenn, and fans began to wonder if wedding bells could be on the horizon for the two. Cohan told TVLine that the engagement came about because "they went through the very really possibility of losing each other in the most horrific circumstances...they feel like they have given their bonds to each other."
But the prospect of a wedding may not necessarily mesh with a world where zombies roam about freely.
"Whether there is a wedding or not, we'll see," Cohan said. "It's going to be really interesting to see if something that's sacred is safer or it's more dangerous because of how much they mean to each other."
Do you think a Maggie/Glenn wedding would work well on "The Walking Dead" in Season 4 or later? Comment below.
