In a new interview with Hunger TV, Miley Cyrus has once again defended the direction in which she has taken her new image and this time decided to make fun of her bosses. The "We Can't Stop" singer recently said that her mind is blown that old record executives are the ones dictating what the younger generation of listeners want to hear so she has decided not to ever heed their advice!

"With magazines, with movies, it's always weird when things are targeted for young people, yet they're driven by people that are like 40 years too old," she said. "It can't be like this 70-year-old Jewish man that doesn't leave his desk all day, telling me what the clubs want to hear."

She added: "I've got to be the one doing it because they're just not in on what 20-year-olds are doing."

Cyrus is definitely making some good points here, but don't be surprised for some media outlets to spin this story in another way. She might have been better off not describing the executives as Jewish, considering the possible "Miley Cyrus Anti-Semitic?" headlines that could come out of it.

Miley continued: "It isn't about thinking just about this two-minute performance on the VMAs or this music video. I want people to want to hear my records and the more that they're wondering what the hell is she doing, the more they're going to want to listen to my record."

The 20-year-old singer has proven time and time again that she is always thinking about furthering her career. Hopefully we will see a departure from the controversial as her career continues.

In fact Miley just got some high praise from Paul McCartney this week! CLICK HERE to read more on that!
