Cat Power Fall 2013 Tour Dates [VIDEO]: Chan Marshall Announces Solo U.S. Concert Support for New Album 'Sun'

Musician Chan Marshall, known mostly by her music moniker Cat Power, had to reschedule and cancel most of her 2012 tour dates due to health issues and financial issues last year. Luckily for her fans, she has apparently recovered in both aspects and is heading out on a solo fall tour to support her latest record, Sun.

Chan Marshall is also set to perform at the Elliott Smith Tribute Show taking place on October 21 at Glasslands in Brooklyn, NY. Other acts paying tribute to the late singer-songwriter include DIIV's Zachary Cole Smith, Sky Ferreira, Yoni Wolf of WHY?, the Low Anthem, Here We Go Magic's Luke Temple, Rewards' Aaron Pfenning (ex-Chairlift), Marissa Nadler, Speedy Ortiz's Sadie Dupuis, Adam Schatz of Landlady/Man Man/Father Figures, the Perrenials, and Tereu Tereu.
