Katherine Mcphee, Michael Morris Cheating Scandal: Divorce Underway after Wife, Mary McCormack Kicks Michael Out, Mary wants Custody of Children? [PHOTOS]

Hit series, Smash, is bringing drama off the screen after married director, Michael Morris and separated actress Katherine McPhee were caught making out with each other.

Morris' wife of ten years, Mary McCormack has reportedly kicked her unfaithful husband out of their home after TMZ pictures surfaced of the co-workers making out in a Los Angeles parking lot in broad daylight.

Although, Morris is in hot water, McPhee relationship is not affected by the cheating scandal since US Weekly reports that the American Idol runner -up has been separated from her husband, Nick Cokas for at least six months after five years of marriage and "has had friends living with her for months," one source says.

After being caught in the newest Hollywood cheating scandal sources say "she is SO embarrassed she was caught," adding, "She should have known better!"

If McCormack decides to divorce her cheating husband she may ask for spousal support and custody of their three children.

A familiar story that ruined one relationship and made headlines all over the world after Kristen Stewart was caught on camera cheating with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders. At the time, the actress was dating her Twilight costar and boyfriend, Robert Pattinson. Now the couple has parted ways after trying to reconcile.
