Zayn Malik says 'You & I' has a 'What Makes You Beautiful' Vibe & is his favorite new song off of upcoming album 'Midnight Memories'

We've already heard from Niall Horan on which new Midnight Memories track is his favorite (he tweeted "Story of My Life" as his preferred new song), but now we have another One Direction member sharing another favorite tune. Zayn Malik explained in a recent interview that "You & I" off of Midnight Memories is his favorite.

When asked what new track he couldn't wait to perform live with the rest of his boy band members, Malik went into some detail about the track.

"I'd have to say "You & I," and that's because it's just such a big song," said the fiancée of Perrie Edwards. "I feel like the fans are gonna really connect to it and I feel like it's a great song for them to sing along to."

Malik then ended up teasing fans with just exactly why he loves the song and why he thinks it would be a great live performance tune.

He added: "It's kind of got that vibe to it like - even though it's not an upbeat song, it's quite slow - but it's kind of got the same sort of vibe as "What Makes You Beautiful" in that it sticks in your head. It's really catchy. It's got that amazing melody to it where you just can't help but sing."
