While Gabrielle Union still waits for her lovely engagement ring, the lovely actress had to sit back and watch her handsome boyfriend, Dwyane Wade and his Miami Heat team members receive their rings last night before beating the Chicago Bulls.

Rumors swirled after the Heat's championship win that Wade would finally ask Union for her hand in marriage, but now many months later, there is no big diamond in sight.

Rumors of the couple breaking up were addressed after Wade's interview with The Tonight Show host Jay Leno, but the reason of no engagement was merely because of busy schedules. The champion athlete said, "For us this was a big year for our relationship from the standpoint she was shooting her show, Being Mary Jane and gone most of the year. I was dealing with my injuries, trying to win a championship. So we kind of took a step back", the NBA Champ said.

Hmm, maybe this year will be the big year!
